Early registration:
Before December 1, 2005

Media representative **: Free
The registration fee includes:
Attendance to all official congress sessions, the exhibition and poster area, the welcome cocktail, a congress programme and an abstract book.
** Media representative:
A participant registered as a Media Representative is entitled to all official conference sessions, the exhibition and poster area, the opening ceremony and the welcome reception.
To register as a media representative for the congress, proof of accreditation is required. It can either be in the form of a photocopy of official press credentials or a letter verifying your assignment to the congress on stationary of the media organization for which you work. Freelance journalists wishing to cover the conference must submit copies of three by-lined articles in addition
to an official letter of assignement. Newsletter writers and editors must submit three issues of their newsletter, containing at least one by-lined article written by themselves. All credentials will be verified by the ECCEO6 Registration Department. If you should have any questions, please contact the ECCEO6 Registration Department.
ACCOMPANYING PERSON
The registered participant may register an accompanying person.
The accompanying person's badge provides access to the exhibition area and to the Welcome Reception free of charge, but not to the scientific program and poster viewing area.
GROUP
If you wish to register a group (>10 participants), please contact the ECCEO6 Registration Departement at ecceo06-registration@kit-group.org. A group registration form will then be provided upon request.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION
Only completed and signed registration forms will be accepted. The registration can only be confirmed after receipt of the total amount due. If your registration form and payment are received after December 1, 2005, the late fee will be charged automatically. The last day for advance registration is February 25, 2006. Later registrations are only possible on site. All conference documents will be handed out on site at the registration desk.
- CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made in writing to K.I.T. GmbH. Up to December 1, 2005, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be processed after the congress. Name changes may be made until February 25, 2006 in writing to K.I.T. GmbH and will be subject to a 50 Euros administrative fee. After this date, changes can only be made on site.
- PAYMENT
Payment can be accepted in EURO only, by one of the following means:
1. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, Diners Club, American Express). Please complete the charge authorisation section on the registration form.
2. Bank to bank transfer in EURO to K.I.T. GmbH. All transfer charges have to be prepaid by the transmitter. Please indicate ECCEO 6, your name and company on all money transfers.
