GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION

1) Individual Booking

Hotel reservation

Accommodation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of the hotel booking form together with the credit card guarantee. Without a credit card guarantee the hotel booking form cannot be processed. K.I.T. GmbH will forward your credit card information to the hotel as guarantee of the reservation. Depending on the payment policy of each hotel, your credit card may be charged in advance with the entire sum for the accommodation. The hotel or K.I.T. GmbH reserves the right to debit or credit your credit card account with the amount due for accommodation and any subsequent changes (cancellation, no-show charges) to the reservation.

Should the selected hotels be sold out, K.I.T. GmbH reserves the right to book a hotel in a similar category and to charge the corresponding amount due.

All participants are requested to reserve their accommodation before January 13, 2006. Accommodation bookings received after that date cannot be guaranteed.

Changes of names and room types can be made through K.I.T. GmbH until March 1st 2006. Changes less than 2 weeks prior to arrival must be made directly with the hotel, cancellations must still be made through K.I.T. GmbH only.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing to K.I.T. GmbH at any time. For cancellations received before January 13, 2006, the payment will be refunded less the cost of the first night of your reservation as cancellation fees. After that date, no refund will be made. This does also apply for a reduction in the length of stay notified after January 13, 2006. All refunds will be processed after the congress. No shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 09h00 on the following day, and the accommodation fee will not be refundable.

FORMS SENT WITHOUT CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND SIGNATURE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
